Dr. Kuen Cheung

Dr "Kuen" Cheung was born in London, England and immigrated to Edmonton, Alberta when he was 12 years old. He fell in love with British Columbia during a road trip to Expo 86 and has been residing here since 1999. He graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Microbiology, followed by a Masters of Science in Food and Dairy Microbiology at Oregon State University.

Dr "Kuen" completed his Doctorate of Optometry in 1999 at Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon. Dr "Kuen" is still very active in sports such as ice hockey, softball. tennis and golf. He loves the fact that Vancouver is known worldwide for all the different varieties of wonderful food it offers and he tries to take full advantage of this whenever he can. Dr "Kuen" has been an associate doctor with Dr Shen for 25+ years and continues to enjoy coming to work everyday to meet new people and take care of their visions needs.
